Compensation: $113,000 base plus $75,000 incentive bonus in 18 months

 Mark was happy to accept this offer. Reporting to the President/Owner, he will be responsible for turning around manufacturing operations in Monterrey for this U.S.-based company. He will introduce and implement strong quality and efficiency initiatives. The company will allow him to maintain his house and home office in Dallas, and commute to Mexico from Monday through Thursday, with one week off each month. Mark is pleased with the base and the opportunity for the sizable bonus. He looks forward to making huge positive changes for the company.
